While technology helps keep us connected and informed, it’s important to offset constant exposure.
Why?
Staring at a screen for hours on end isn’t great for our eyes or bodies. Taking a break can help alleviate physical symptoms from being glued to a screen and give you a fresh perspective.
Paying attention to what we watch is important too. While sometimes we just want to binge watch a show, focusing on content that brings joy rather than stress, can help balance screen-time and mental health.
